Login Problem photoshop elements 2020

Hello,

it happens since a week or so. I bought a couple of years ago pse 2020 and since a week or so I find myself in a login-loop, when I want to open the app vialmy laptop. I didn't change anything to my computer.

Really strange. In my account on adobe it is still there, that I purchased it.

Can anybody help me?
