Looking for a free online tally counter to track design assets and editing steps in Photoshop Elements workflows?

Hi everyone,

I batch-process a lot of photos in Photoshop Elements for client work and personal projects. I need a simple way to count things like:
- How many images I've edited in a session
- Steps completed in a multi-stage editing workflow
- Design variations I've created for A/B testing

I don't want to install a mobile app or use a physical clicker. Is there a free browser-based tally counter that works on desktop? A sound feedback feature would be helpful so I don't have to look away from the screen while editing.

Also, if anyone knows of other lightweight browser tools that help with design productivity, I'd love to hear about them.
