Looking for a pdf manual for Photoshop elements 2023

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am new to this forum and this question may have already been asked.

If so i apologize for being repedative.

I paid $150 for the bundle of the new Photoshop elements and premeier.

The major problem is that there isnt a user manual.

There is an online guide (of sorts) but it is not particularly useful to me.

I would like, and need a pdf downloadable manual for the software.

If it is not available can someone please give a timeline as to when Adobe will create the manual for download?

That is of course if anyone knows, I know I sure dont.

 

$150 is expensive for an old man on a fixed income and trying to follow the online guide and use the product is difficult for me and most info I need isnt really covered well or at all in the online guide.

 

Anyway I hope Adobe will reconsider and create a decent downloadable pdf manual for this expensive software.

    Adobe stopped producing PDF manuals for their software a few years ago. They seem to prefer online help guides which are probably cheaper and easier to update.

     

    I find the online Help guides less than helpful, hard to navigate and can rarely find what I want in them - the few times I've tried - so I no longer bother with them. I can usually google an answer quicker than rummaging through the Adobe Help guides.

     

    The newest PDF manuals from Adobe are dated 11/5/2019 for Photoshop Elements 2020.
