Question

Looking for help reinstalling Elements13

PSElements 13 crashed yesterday on my MacBookPro. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I can't seem to get the download to work. Adobe recognizes my account and serial number, but I can't for the life of me find any way of installing anything other than 2018 version, for which I get rejected. Hmmm.   Program is still working on my desktop. Any ideas? Thank you!

Yes, and even though I select version 13 and enter my verified serial number when asked, I get rejected as not being elegible for a 2018 download. Argh!

You don't need your serial number to download and install.  It will install as a trial until you enter your serial number within Photoshop Elements program.  Are you sure that you are downloading from the proper place?

Can you post a screenshot of that (BLACK OUT YOUR SERIAL NUMBER, as this is a public forum)?
