Lost acess to old account, can I transfer my products to my new one with the serial numbers?

At the end of 2019 I bought Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, however I cant remmember the adobe ID of the account in which i redeemed the products, but I still have a printscreen of its serial numbers. Is there a way to recover my products and maybe transfer them to my new account?
