Lost ALL Photos and Folders

I was in Photoshop elements 15 Organizer and accidentally hit a key or did something to lose all photos and folders for those photos. I was able to restore all photos but I do not know what happened to my folders. This was very unexpected since I have used elements for 10 years and this never happened before.

How do I restore my photos to their folders?  thanks.
