Lost installation password PSE10 on Windows 10

Further to problems on my W10 laptop, I decided to uninstall and then reinstall. I have the genuine disc but have lost the 24 digit code. Any ideas please.

The code is the valuable thing, and losing it can mean you lose what you paid for forever. HOWEVER, if you registered it, you may find it listed in your Adobe account. For some reason many people skip registration, perhaps you did.
