Lost Original Disc

I have had my Photoshop Elements 10 for years now and I love the program. I've recently purchased a new desk top and when I went to install the program my disc was missing. If the product is registered will Adobe give me a new program, or do I need to buy a whole new program? Or is there any other way to download it on my new computer. I am clearly not very tech savvy and I've been having trouble trying to contact anyone that can answer my questions. Please help!
