Lost Photoshop Elements 11 with Windows 10 Upgrade

The recent Windows 10 Upgrade that was pushed to my laptop corrupted some files and forced a reset of my laptop which caused all my apps & programs to be removed.  I don't have my license key for Photoshop Elements, but I do have a full copy of my laptop files prior to the reset.  I tried copying over the Adobe folder and it's subfolders from under the Program Files folder, but that didn't actually install it.  I don't see any exe files to initiate an install.  Anyone have any ideas where I could look within my copied files....or another way to get it installed back on my laptop?  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
