lost serial key Elements

Hi there,

I lost the paper cover with the registration code. It´s just gone...

Bougt it in Dec. last year and hasn´t been registered yet. Had to do the Win10 upgrade first

What I have is both installation CDs, the original invoice and the key for MAC.

ist there any chance to recreate the Win-key by using the MAC one?

If you have a redemtion code in your email try logging-on here and enter the numbers and letters to convert to a serial number.

If you have the boxed version, the serial number is usually on the white cover of the Windows disc, not the Mac one.  The same serial number works for both with the boxed set.

If you have the boxed version with disks for both platforms, the serial number (starting 1057) is the same for Windows & Mac.

Yes it is the boxed version...

but there is only a nummerical code 911***52 and a letter-code below. that´s it.
