Low resolution copies of photos

Duplicate copies of my photos keep popping up in organiser. They are very low resolution. I delete them and they come back again.

Legend

If they are in a watch folder e.g. Pictures they will get added automatically unless you delete or move them from the folder.

I have removed watched folders and will wait and see whether problem goes away.
