LR CC to Elements Questions- X-rtite

Two things I like about LR CC is my X-rite color passport photo saves me tons of time color correcting one image then hundreds are are synched nearly instantly, and keywords.

Can I use my X-rite colorchecker passport photo with elements and change hundreds of photos at a time?

I assume the organizer has rudimentray cataloging system vs LR CC. I don't use collections much but keywords are usefull

Any helpful advise in possibly making such a swithch?
