Hi, I am thinking of buying Photoshop ellements 2020, can I install this on my MAC and also on my wife's windows pc? I will only be using it on one unit at any time.

Yes but you will need to buy the boxed version e.g. form Amazon or a store to get discs for both platforms. Downloads are single platform.
