Make fonts in Ph.El. available to other programs?

I have Photoshop Elements 14. It came with a font that I would like to use in other programs, especially Publisher 2016, but it is not available in these other programs. Also, it doesn't show up in the Fonts folder in my control panel. Is there any way to make that font available to my other programs?

Ignore that previous comment (sorry). I did manage to get the new version downloaded and installed correctly, and all is well. Unfortunately, those fonts are still not showing up in my Windows fonts folder, but that's okay. Not the end of the world. Thanks for trying to help, but I'm considering this matter closed now.

Well i have to apologize for thinking maybe something was wrong with your pse 14 install.

As it turns out, after further investigation, adobe apparently stopped installing the adobe fonts into the windows system fonts folder starting with photoshop elements 13.

What is the name of the font?

Which version of windows are you using?

The typeface is Myriad Pro, with over 30 font formats, including everything from "light condensed" to "bold semiextended italic." The only one that shows up in my Fonts folder and in MS Publisher is Myriad Web. None of the Myriad Pro fonts show up. I am using Windows 10 Home.

Those are Adobe fonts and are only licensed to be used in the Adobe applications, unless you purchase a license to use them in other applications:
