Making a slide show

I store several slide shows on a thumb drive and play on a Samsung tv. They were made with photoshop elements 12 and earlier. Some shows also have music. The files are wmv or mp4. I can adjust the duration for each image and have transition features between images. I have not any new shows in more than a year, and I have forgotten how to do this. Please help me remember how to do this. Thanks.
