Map not working, buy Elements 2019 to solve the problem

Question

I bought my PS Elements 2018 in February this year and I just noted the other day that that the mad doesn't work, the solution to solve the problem is to buy Elements 2019, WHY do you not fix an update so solve the problem at no cost me and all others?

Sometimes partner services finish due to circumstances outside the control of Adobe. A new map service has been established in PSE 2019. This is obviously disappointing to users of earlier versions but Adobe is only able to provide updates for the current version which has always been the policy.
