Meldung "Überprüfung der Seriennummer nicht möglich" - abbruch keine Programmnutzug möglich.

Habe mich schon in mein Adobe Konto eingelogt und dei Seriennummer hinterlegt, keine Änderung.

Hinweis: Es handelt sich um die Versionen 2013 ...alle Original erworben, bis Dato nicht genutzt.

Weis hier jemnad abhilfe? Danke im Voraus!

I am reading this via the translator, and the problem is not entirely clear to me.

Apparently the product shows up in your Adobe account, but insatallation fails because the serial number is not recognized.

I suggest that you contact Adobe directly either by chat or call them.

Reach us by phone (adobe.com)

Tell the agent that you do not need help with use of the product, just with activation. If they insist that your version is no longer supported, request to speak to a supervisor.
