Missing actions Pallette

Hello,

I just reinstalled Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 on my Mac, and I do not have an Actions Palette anymore.  I cannot find the actions Palette.psp either, Which I believe is the key to the issue i'm experiencing.  when i go to window> there is no Actions so it is deeper than that.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

    Photoshop elements 9 doesn't have an actions palette.

    It does have an Action Player under Guided Edit.
