Missing file names when attemtting to "reconnect files"

Not sure what happened here but I have been removing many duplicate pictures that have accumulated over time. Though tedious, I have been able to eliminate the duplicate pictures and have all pictures properly connected. However, on my final test, at ensuring all files are properly connected I am getting an indication there is (one?) file not connected but it does not have a name and I cannot find the file or the picture in PSE 2024 Organizer the delete it. I am attaching a screen shot of the error. Any suggestions?

I created the catalog and this problem does not exist with the new catalogue. I suspect I have corrupted the catalog with all the changes I've made and will be closing the query. Thanks to all who have reviewed and responded.

Does the file show in the grid as a missing file if you select All Missing Files from the Find menu?

Thanks for your prompt response. I do not believe it shows the file name when listing all missing files. I suspect I have a corrupted catalog. I recreated the catalog and this problem does not occur with the new catalog. I will be closing this query with this update.
