missing serial number to migrate from windows to Mac

I own the PE 2024 Windows version. Now I changed from Windows to Mac, but do not have a valid serialnumber for the Mac.

What can I do in thius case? I won't buy as a licensed 2025-Version!

It's a long shot, but you can see if an authorized retailer has any 2024 versions left on the shelf.

"Fortunately" I found a retailer for the 2024 version, but:

When buying the program it wasn't possible to the retailer activating the QR-/Bar-code at Adobe. A download won't be possible any longer. So the only chance is to buy a licenced 2025 version😩

Unfortunately, you probably purchased a Windows only program. If that is the case, all I can suggest is that you contact Adobe support and see if they will help you.

To confirm that you purchased a single platform license, go to the Products page of your Adobe account. When you click on the Download link for Elements 24.0, it will show whether you can download a version for the Mac.
