Monterrey 12.3.1 with PShop Elements 2022

I have an iMac retina 4K late 2015 desktop , with Monterey 12.3.1  and my old PH SH Elements no longer works. 

Will PH SH Elements 2022 now work with it? If not, when do you expect it may be fixed?
