Motorola Moto G6 plus PSE 13 video portrait mode problem

Hi. I have a Moto G6 Plus and PSE 13. I am shooting video in portrait mode and when i import it to PSE 13 and playback it comes in landscape mode. Only a A few times it comes out in portrait mode. When I playback the same video in the Film and TV app on my Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series PC its in portrait mode. Anyone who has an idea of what this might be? I have run out of options. I even bought a new video app but its the same problem. Regards Trond Leborg
