move elements to another computer

lost serial number for elements 15 and want to move the app to from Mac to Windows computer. anyway of doing this?

There isn't a way to drag/drop or copy/paste commercial software onto another computer expecting it to then be useful.  However, in certain limited instance's, you can find the info needed to re-install your PSE on another computer.  Hope this helps.
