Have bought the New Photoshop Elements 15 on my New PC (Windows 10).

Want to have my photos from the old PC with Photoshop Elements 8,

and to have the photos IN THE FOLDERS which are fine and ok in the old PC. (All photos are organised in folders)

The photofiles are not stored in Photoshop Elements; they on your disk wherever you put them.

If it is the Organizer that you reference, follow the instructions in this tech note:

Move Elements Organizer catalog | Elements 6 or later
