Move Photos from organizer to Editor

Hi can someone tell me how i go about moving a photo or multiple photos from organizer to editor so I can do some editing  in Photoshop Elements 2018 I have just started on the trial version so its early days.

    Select thumbnails in the grid and click the Editor button on the bottom tool options bar.
