Move Refine Edge Dialog Panel

Just purchased Photoshop Elements 15 and am new to the program. 

Trying to use refine edge feature, but refine edge dialog panel obstructs view of image in editing panel. Can't see the effects my refine edge adjustments are having on the image.

I've been able to move smaller images over to left of screen with mouse scrolling, but I need to work on full image.

How can I move/reduce dialog box to stop obstructing image?

    You should be able to grab the top of the Refine Edge dialog with the mouse and move it.

    The refine edge dialog is not resizable as far as i know.

    The top area marked in red below.

    Thanks for the "moving the dialog box" help. l was fairly sure there was a

    simple answer, but couldn't find it.
