MOVE TOOL NOT WORKING

since i updated the ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 12  my MOVE TOOL stopped working - i cannot drag and drop for some reason which means i cannot merge my images or i cannot drag and drop my logo vector etc. HELP please!

    Hi smittenjanine,

    Could you please try the following steps:

    Firstly,

    - Open Photoshop Elements

    - Click "Edit"

    - Click "Preferences"

    - Click "General"

    - Click "Reset preferences on the next launch"

    - Re-open the program & test "Move Tool" again.

    If this doesn't help you then secondly,

    - Select "Move Tool" from the toolbox.

    - Click the   to open the menu in Tool Options.

    - Click "Reset Tool" or "Reset All Tools" 

    - Restart Adobe Photoshop Elements & test "Move Tool" again.

    A simple reset will often do the trick. Go to this link and select the Move tool:
