? Moving Elements catalog to a different drive

Having  used PSE since v 2  and now Elements 2018 I have many photos which i kept track of by means of Organiser Catalogs . I have just changed to a new computer which has a small SSD as Drive C with the main HDD being designated drive D  > This has caused total confusion with  my transferred catalogs as well as leaving me unsure where  many of my photos are . It works but is much clunkier than previously

Is there anyway I can get Elements Organiser to recognise that  My HDD and all of my photos are now on Drive D instead of drive C so that it works as smoothly as before ?
