Moving forward now - license for photoshop elements 15 and premiere elements 15 from years ago

Lot depends on the type of license you purchase-  most purchases were a dual format, windows  or mac.

If you have the latest mac OS: pse 15 won’t work.

The downloads  would be in your adobe account.

You are missing out if you don’t buy the latest version:  I do believe the bundle is on sale till the 3rd for $99.   Beginning with PSE 2025 the products come with a 3 year term license- they will stop working 3 years from the date of your download.

I wouldn’t bother with the older version.

The basic editor, without the video editor (Premiere Elements) is $69 right now.

Absolutely would go with the newer software.   The older software, even though it’s kinda of “stone age” doesn’t have any of the new features especially actual AI components.
