Moving Overlay Not Working

Hello! I recently installed Photoshop Elements and I went to use the Moving Overlay feature (which I have used many times before with previous years) but not only was it missing several of the options for overlays, when I clicked an overlay to use it would not apply the overlay. I even saved my PDS file to JPG to see if that would solve the issue but it did not.

Above, in screenshot of the previous reply, I see all the overlays I am used to. In my screenshots these are the only ones I have available.

Legend

You will have to unistall and reinstall the program. Log out of it before you uninstall. You installation is not complete.

Update: I got the existing ones to work but I am still missing several overlay options.
