Moving PSE 14 from PC to laptop

Hi everyone, I'm new here and this is my first question so please bear with me.
Last year I purchased PSE 14. I downloaded it from the Adobe site, so no disc etc. This was on my PC upstairs, and is WIndows 10.
However, I have now bought a laptop that I want to put PSE 14 onto. I went to the Adobe website, logged in, and yes it tells me that I purchased it, but there is no option to download it. When I down load Photoshop, its not my Elements 14.

Can someone please help.

    Download from Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

    Install then enter your serial number.

    Hello John

    I have downloaded and installed. When I enter the serial number that is taken directly from my Adobe accounts page, it is saying that it is not valid. Arrrggghhhhhhh. Help me please

    Is the laptop also Windows 10?

    Has PSE14 been installed more than twice in the past?
