Trying to load files into Premier Elements 3. get message go to" adobe.com/go/encoderactivation" this web page does not exist

Adobe are a complete waste of time. You cannot email them. I have just spent over an hour including a chat line and the best they could do was to direct me to this site which has no answers. Do not buy any Adobe products if you expect help if you have any problems.

i am sorry that you are having trouble. Please consider that version 3 is over a decade old! Too much hardware and operating system software has changed to expect reliable performance.
