Multiple duplicates after first install and import

I have just downloaded and installed PS Elements and used Organiser, which when first opened scanned my picture folder and imported everything. In Organiser I now have 3 multiple copies of each folder and multiple copies of each picture. Can some one please help me with this as I can seem to find any contact details for support. Thanks

Hi,

Which operating system are you running on?

Normally, the organizer would not create duplicates unless they existed on your disk.

I'm assuming that you have loaded PSE 2018 - let me know if you have a different version.

In the organizer, on the left panel, select the Folders tab and switch to tree view  using the small icon.

Do the duplicated folders appear in different parts of the tree?

If possible, a screenshot showing the problem might help us - see following if you need help.
