My clone tool is not working properly in Windows 11.

It used to clone 100%, but now it is semi transparent and I must go over the area a couple times to completely cover what I am trying to change. I am also having problems with a delayed start similar to what was mentioned for the Mac. Are there any updates that will correct these incompatibilities with Windows 11?

Try turning off your network connection when launching the program and report back if it makes a difference.

Elements 2022 for Windows has just released an update. Can you please report back whether you are still experiencing the problem after your version has been updated.

Finally, the update installed. I have been trying to install it for
several days but it kept locking up during install. Guess everyone was
trying to update at the same time. This did not solve the startup
problem. I have reinstalled PSE2022 twice, and finally got the update, but
the program still lags about 5 minutes before starting. Haven't been able
to get to try out the clone tool yet because of the long start up time
involved. What is going on? In all the years of using Photoshop,
nothing like this ever happened before.
