Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please try out following steps and let us know if it helps:

1. Launch Elements Organizer with Shift key pressed.

Manage Catalogs dialog will pop up. Click on New to create a new catalog.

2. Once you are able to launch Organizer with a new catalog. Try switching to the older one from File > Manage Catalogs

All your catalogs would be listed down in that dialog. Select the catalog you want to open and click Open.

If the issue persists, try rebooting your machine once and then Repair/Optimize your catalog. Repair/optimize options are available in the same Manage Catalogs dialog.

Thanks,

Anwesha

Hi Anwesha,

Steps 1 and 2 worked, so thank you very much!

Step 3 didn't, so I can't see all of my catalogs but thats fine. I will just reload them.

Cant you tell me why this happened so that I can stop it from happening again, please.
