when I try to open my Organizer in Elements 11, the pointers becomes a circle continuously going around and around.  The it states it wants to quit.  The photos are still on my computer.  Should I reinstall Elements again and start all over?

    Hi Carol,

    If you could share the OS details and the error that it is showing. In the meantime, try the workaround mentioned in the following links -

    MAC: Photoshop Elements (PSE) knowledge base.

    Win: Photoshop Elements (PSE) knowledge base.

    Please let me know if this also doesn't help.

    Thanks,

    Swapnil

    What is your operating system?  Perhaps trying to delete the preferences file folder might resolve this.

    In windows, the location is like so:

    <C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Elements Organizer\12.0\Organizer>

    Replace USERNAME with your own name on your computer.

    Normally, it is best to rename the old folder so that you have a backup just in case this does not resolve.

    After renaming the folder, you can launch your PSE11 and see if it starts to work again normally.
