My Keyword tags and albums have changed colour

This relates to Organizer. 

It may seem trivial, and certainly strange, but I would like to resolve it as I have 160,000 pictures carefully tagged etc.

When the album and tag shows on the actual picture, it has suddenly changed to white font from always being black, for no discernible reason, after 20 years!  Although seemingly trivial, it is difficult to read now on a white background.  Help please.  Thanks. PSE 2025

Thank you.  In fact I have discovered, by chance, how this came about.  I do not know if it s quirk of PSE, or my own PSE which does funny things, but if I press fn and F5, it changes the colour of the font on the pictures.

Are you talking about the Dark and Light UI Color Modes that are available?  See this article for how to change them in Preferences.  If that isn't your question, please give us a screenshot.
