MY mouse goes MIA AND SCREEN in GLITCHY IN PSE 2021 WHEN I GO INTO CATALOG AFTER HOME SCREEN

I have windows 10 64 bit. MY MOUSE GOES MIA AND SCREEN Flashes once I get my catalog loaed I have to wait til the X is ghosted over before I can exit. has anyone else encounted this? Is there a bug fix comming? the is the fist time I bought both PSE PSEP (FILM) it seemed to download okaty and I removed PSE 2020.
