My photoshop element will not download

I bought photoshop element yesterday and it will not download on my computer

I am having the same problem. Download hangs at 2.1 GB almost every time. The one time it said it was complete, it would not unzip, said it was corrupt. Lost 4 hours to this already. Tried using the online chat for help - absolutely no help.

I have a brand new computer, no other problems with any other install or download. download speed test shows excellent times. Have tried different browsers but nothing works. I own a serial number key. Help please.

This is the lightweight installer link which downloads and installs the application simultaneously.

(You can enter the serial number to license the application once you've downloaded the trial.)

This is the ESD link which first downloads the complete application and then installs it.
