my Photoshop elements 2021 freeze...

hello,

after a full installation of Windows 10,

I installed my Photoshop Elements 2021 and activate it...

when I start Photoshop elements editor, it freeze about 30 secondes and run after.

If I open a picture file with Photoshop elements, same problem,

after 30 seconds all is ok...

have you an idea ?

Hello,

 

Could you please mention the OS and hardware details? Also, have you started encountering this issue after some updates were installed on your system?
