My PSE 11 came pre-installed on my computer, which I bought from HP, so I had no serial number.

My computer came with Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 re-installed, so I never had the serial number.  I recently had to re-install Windows 10 and I lost my PSE 11.  Is there any way I can retrieve the program?  I have a list of APPS that were removed and PSE 11 is one of them.  How can I re-install this program?
