My PSEl 21 software will no longer open normally

Question

Clicking on photo thumbnails does not open the PSE21 as it should (it is the default sw to open photo files)

I cant open files even by opening the PSE software Clicking to open the photo editor fails to open the editor workspace.

All of my other photo editors work as they are supposed (when set as default opening option) to-clicking on thumnails) Can someone venture a guess as to what is wrong with my PSE21 software?

What OS are you using? If you are a Mac user and recently updated to Monterey, there are many users who are having difficulty opening the program after relaunching it.

If you are on Windows, we need more information. Are you getting any error messages? Please tell us what they are exactly.

Does this problem happen after a reboot of your machine?
