My purchased Adobe Photoshop elements 14 stopped working.

My Adobe Photoshop elements 14 that I purchased 2 years ago stopped working after a system download. two things are happening, I can't open more than one picture, if I do I get a message that says: "could not open because of a problem parsing JPEG data" or it says "could not use tool because there is not enough memory RAM".    Also, all past saved work won't open either. Instead it says your free subscription is over.   can anyone help me. Help?
