My Toolbar has glitched out :|

So,I was cutting out a horse,and I guess I pressed a whole bunch of buttons at once,and this happened

I have no idea which buttons I pressed to do that,but I have no idea how to fix it. I've restarted my computer,closed and re-opened PS,but nothing is happening.

I would like my toolbar back to this

How in the world do I get it back?

(And yes,I know I'm using a realllly old PS,I just haven't bothered to upgrade it yet)

- Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 (Version 13.1)

In pse 13 go to Window>Rest Panels and see if that get the tools back to normal.
