Need help finding a good version of PSE that will work on MS 365

I recently had to upgrade my computer and it is running MS 365. Is there a version of PSE that will work on this platform with very little issues? I know the most recent version is having major problems.

What does MS 365 have to do with Elements 2025? Are you talking about a Microsoft Surface Pro Computer?

I'm so sorry. It was Windows 11 in my head but that's not what my fingers typed. LOL It was a LONG day
