Need Help - PSE 2019 Crashing - mac Mojave

Installed 15 worked fine. Installed and licensed 2019. Crashed trying to set up custom workspace. Gave up on that after uninstalling, reinstalling from disc and download, always rebooting after each un/re. Use it for scrapbooking mainly. Main us is PSCC, Lightroom and Bridge - which all perform fine.

Working on file, clicked on styles tab and program crashed. Repeated, and crash repeated. It will not allow me to click on or use either styles or graphics tabs. The graphics I can do without but I would like the use of the styles tab and the reassurance that it isn't going to continually crash.

Did I waste my money???

    When the application crashed, did you receive any crash reporter dialog box? If yes, then please submit the crash report. You can find detailed instructions regarding it here.

    Submit a crash report for Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

    Also, please share your system details by clicking on the Apple icon and choosing 'About this Mac'. Post a screenshot of the system details here.

    Thank you -  Many crash reports have been sent but it keeps crashing, crashing, crashing. Same program installed on new MacBook running High Sierra working just fine,
