Need help with increasing PSE Editor window type font.

That means you have a HiDpi (high resolution) display (maybe also a small size display).

The solution  was introduced in PSE13: to increase the size to 200%.

Menu Edit >> Preferences >> displays and cursors. On the bottom, you have a menu to set high definition displays to 200%.

Note that that option is only for the editor. For the Organizer, use the Windows options to set your menu fonts size to 125 or 150%.
