....and for future editions of PSE. As another user stated here, Adobe makes billions of dollars per year in profits and has the ability to do this if they make it a priority.
I don't have much hope that this will happen, but it still needs to be said.

Adobe has NOT released a PDF user guide since PSE 2020.

There are not many changes from year to year so it should be able to answer 95% of your questions. For references to the latest features, you will have to use online help.
