Nach einemPC-Wechsel kann ich PSE 23 nicht mit der vorhandenen Seriennummer installieren.

You can only have Elements activated on two computers at a time. If you cannot sign out of one of your other computers, you must contact Adobe support and request that your license activations be reset.
