New blank image shows scales/lines/pattern instead of being plain

I bought this package today and facing this problem. Please see attached video.

Never seen anything like that before.

Try updating your graphics driver.
Under Edit>Preferences>Performance, try toggling the box to Use Graphic Processor for improved performance.
Final suggestion: Try resetting the preferences file. Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.
